- Dr. Soorya Kuloor holds a Ph.D. in electrical network optimization
from Dept. of Electrical Engineering at the University of Calgary.
- Currently the Chief Technology Officer at Optimal Technologies Inc. focused on developing next generation hardware and software products for energy efficiency.
- Extensive experience in development of real-time and enterprise level software products at international companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies and Verano.
- Design and development of real-time, distributed mission critical systems; integration of real-time systems into ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle; and design, development and testing of real-time SCADA databases.
- Provides technical guidance for LeatherLink.

Hussain is passionate about designing and developing robust applications. He has developed many end user computing tools driving productivity, operational control and Customer service.
- An avid trainer and writer he has conducted numerous training sessions across many Countries in Asia and Africa on process improvement in various Countries and has published article on iSixSigma.com. His top five strengths are: Individualisation, Ideation, Maximiser, Strategic and Relator.
