What is it?

History of a Purchase Lot from receipt at the factory to being shipped to the buyers as finished leather.

How can it be accessed?

1. In Search box select Receipt and enter the Lot No you want to view
2. You will reach Receipt Details page
3. Click on Purchase Report - Tally Sheet or Purchase Report- Usage.

What can you find?

Tally Sheet

1. Details of Receipt with quantity, price and value
2. Details of Shipments with quantity, price and value
3. Details of stock at Semi Finished Stage (Raw, Pickle, EI/WB/TC)
4. Details of material in production (Raw to Tanning or Tanned to Finished Leather)
5. Details of stock at Finished stage (Dye Crust, Finished Leather)

1 should be equal to 2+3+4+5

Usage Report

1. Details of Receipt
2. Details of assortment at Raw, WB/EI/TC
3. Details of issue to production for customer orders from WB/EI/TC
4. Details of Shipments to customers
