This module is meant for performing production related operations. Using this module you can issue Leathers, Chemicals for production and also can update a batch from one production stage to next stage.

[edit] Batch entry in Production
Go to Production-->Batch Entry. Click "Add Batch" for particular order no for a Particular Buyer. Then Select the Stock Type (Ex: Crust,Finished Leather,Wet Blue etc..,) and Click "Get Other Details". Then Select the Partner Name (Ex:Demo Tannery,Demo Production Co etc..,) and Lot Selection and Click "Get Other Details".
After Clicking Get Other Details you want to enter the Batch Details.
Then enter the Internal No.(It must be in numeric). Select the Production Gate for the batch.(Ex: Liming,Fleshing,Soaking etc..,). Enter the Machinery Unit Cost(M/c Unit Cost) in Rupees. Enter the Cost Quantity. Enter the Date. Enter the DC Number.(Ex: 223,125 etc..,). Enter the Total Pieces and Total Quantity. Select the UOM for Total Qty.
Then Enter the Details for Stock Selection:
Select the Leather Stock Id. Enter the No.of Pieces and Quantity and Click "Add Batch".
Then you can view the Details of Batch Information,Leather Issue,Production Details,Crusting Operation Costing,Costing Summary.
To View Assortment:
Click View Assortment(Top of the Page).
Then you can view the Batch Assortment Report.</pre></font>
[edit] Update Batch details
Go to Production-->Batch Update.
By clicking Particular Batch ID You can view the Batch Information of that Particular Batch ID. By clicking particular Order No you can view the Commercial Details,Product Details,Delivery Details,Production Details,Issue Details,Shipment Details. Click "Update" for a required Order No.
Then Enter the Details for Batch Update:
Enter the Date. Select the Production Gate (Ex:Soaking,Liming,Fleshing etc..,). Enter the Machinery Unit Cost,Cost Quantity in Rs. for Hide,Side and Others. Select the UOM.(Ex: Drum,Packs,Hours etc..,). Enter the Quantity in Square Feet. Enter the Pieces and DC No. Select the Partner Name.(Ex: Demo Tannery,Demo Production Co etc..,). Then Click "Submit".
Then you can view the Production Details,Crusting Operation Costing,Costing Summary.

To View Assortment: Click View Assortment(Top of the page). Then you can view the Batch Assortment Report.
[edit] Job Work(JW) Batch Entry
Go to Production-->Batch Entry JW. Click "Add Batch" for particular order no for a Particular Buyer. Then Select the Stock Type (Ex: Crust,Finished Leather,Wet Blue etc..,) and Click "Get Other Details". Then Select the Partner Name (Ex:Demo Tannery,Demo Production Co etc..,) and Lot Selection and Click "Get Other Details".
After Clicking Get Other Details you want to enter the Batch Details.

[edit] Update Job Work(JW) Batch
Go to Production-->Batch Update JW.
By clicking Particular Batch ID You can view the Batch Information of that Particular Batch ID. By clicking particular Order No you can view the Commercial Details,Product Details,Delivery Details,Production Details,Issue Details,Shipment Details. Click "Update" for a required Order No.

[edit] Chemical required in Production
Go to Production-->Chemical Issue.
Select the Stock Type.(Ex: Retanning Chemicals, Finishing Chemicals etc..,). Select the Stock Category.(Ex: Regular, Slow Moving, FOC etc..,). Confirm the Details and Click "Select Chemicals".
Select the Issue Date. Enter Remarks (If any). Select the Production Stage. Enter Total Qty. Enter the Weight.
Now in the coloumns given below.. Select the Chemical Name. Select the Percentage (%).
Confirm the Details and Click "Issue Chemicals".
Then we can view the Details of Issued Chemicals and Total Issued Qty.
