[edit] Chemical Stock
Go to Stock-->Add Chemical Stock.
Enter the Date.(dd-mm-yyyy). Select the Location.(Ex:Demo Tannery,Demo Production Co, etc..,). Select the Account. Select the Stock Type.(Ex:Retanning Chemicals,Finishing Chemicals etc..,).
Then give the quantity for the required chemical and click "Save".
[edit] Opening Balance(OB)
Go to Stock-->OB Update Chemical. Enter the Remarks(if any) and Date(dd-mm-yyyy). Select the Location (Ex:Demo Tannery,Demo Production etc..,) Select the Stock Type (Ex: Retanning Chemicals,Finishing Chemicals etc..,) Select the Chemical.(Ex: Acetic Acid (Price 50.00 INR),Ammonia (Price 30.00 INR) etc..,). Enter the Physical Bal and rate.It must be in numeric. Then Click "Save".
[edit] Transfer the Stock
If you want to transfer the stock from one place to another place,
Go to Stock-->Stock Transfer. Select the Stock Type and click "More Details". Then Select the Product of that stock.(Ex: F/c Sheep Lining,F/c Cow Milled etc..,). Then Select the Colour of that Product.(Ex: Black,Blue,Navy etc..,). Select Location for that stock.(Ex: Demo Tannery,Demo Production Co.). Select the Unit Of Measurement(UOM) for Quantity and Area click "Show Stock".
[edit] Raw in Reconcile
Go to Stock-->Reconcile-->Add Raw.
Select the Account. Select the Stock Type.(Ex: Raw Material,Wet Blue). Select the Stock Category.(Ex: Regular,Slow Moving,FOC etc..,). Select the Grade of that Stock.(Ex: bf-BI,cw-II etc..,). Select the Thickness of that Stock.(Ex: gtmixed,cwmixed etc..,). Enter the Selection. Enter the Pieces for the Stock type in number.It must be in Numeric. Select Hide or side. Enter the Area for the stock type and select UOM (Ex:sqft,sqdm,sqmt). Enter the Price in Indian Rupees per number or sqft or sqdm or sqmt. Select the Location of that Stock and enter date. Select the Origin of that Stock and click "Save".
[edit] Rejection Details
Click Enter Rejection Details(top of the page). Select the Reason for Rejection (Ex: Colour Variation,Poor Grade etc..,). Select the Quantity,Area and Remarks(if any) and Click "Save". Then you can view the Rejection Details.
To Edit the Details: Click Edit Details(top of the page). Then you can Edit the Details of Stock,Product,Price and Click "Edit". Then you can view the Edited Details.
[edit] Add Leather in Reconcile
Go to Stock-->Reconcile-->Add Leather.
Select the Account. Select the Stock Type.(Ex: Crust, Wet Blue). Select the Stock Category.(Ex: Regular, Slow Moving, FOC etc..,). Select the Product.(Ex: F/c Cow Milled, F/c Sheep Lining etc..,). Select the Colour.(Ex: Beige, Navy, Blue etc..,). Select the Thickness. Select the Size. Enter the Selection. Enter the Pieces for the Stock type in number. It must be in Numeric. Enter the Area. It must be in Numeric. Select the UOM (Ex:sqft,sqdm,sqmt). Select Hide or side. Enter the Price in Indian Rupees per number/sqft/sqdm/sqmt. Select the location. Select the Date. Enter Your Remarks (If any) Confirm the Details and Click "Save".
[edit] Chemical in Reconcile
Go to Stock-->Reconcile-->Add Chemical. Select the Account. Select the Stock Type.(Ex: Retanning Chemicals, Finishing Chemicals etc..,). Select the Stock Category.(Ex: Regular, Slow Moving, FOC etc..,). Select the Chemical.(Ex: Acetic Acid (Price 50.00 INR), Brown (Price 20.00 INR) etc..,). Enter the Packs for the Stock type in number. It must be in Numeric. Enter the Quantity. It must be in Numeric. Select the UOM (Ex:gram,ltrs,tone). Enter the Price in Indian Rupees. Select the UOM for the Price Entered(Ex:gram,ltrs,tone). Select the location. Select the Date. Enter Your Remarks (If any) Confirm the Details and Click "Save".
