This module is meant for entering and storing information related to your vendors, buyers and business contractors as reference. You can also set the preferences list for using various features incorporated in this software product.
The following will describe in detail the various features available in the admin module.

[edit] Management system customization
Go to Admin-->Preferences. You can customize the Management system according to your needs. After choosing your preferences, Click "Save your preferences" to effect the features available for usage.
[edit] New user creation
This feature helps you to create a new user account for using the Leatherlink ERP package.
Go to Admin-->User Management. Click “Add new user” Enter the Login name and password for the new user. The Login name may be purely alphabetical or alphanumeric. (Ex:demo, demo123) and the password must be of 5 to 15 characters length. Select the section/department for the user to which he belongs. (Ex: Production, Purchase) and click "Save User" to finish the process. Note: By clicking a particular user name you can be able to change his password and user type.
[edit] Exchange rate conversion
This feature facilitates you to set exchange rates for Indian Currency against US Dollar, Euro and Pounds.
Go to Admin-->Preferences. Enter the Foreign currencies value and click "Save conversion rate". Note: The value mentioned here will only be used for performing rate conversion operations.
[edit] New relationship creation
[For Buyer, Supplier, Job Work Buyer, Agent and Production Partner] This feature enables you to add new above-mentioned relationships and contact details for the same. The details that you have entered here will be useful during say, Sales order entry.
Go to Admin-->Relationships Choose the relationship type you want to add. Enter relationship name and other commercial details that are required for the relationship. After filling all the required fields, click the “Save” button to store the details permanently in the database. Contact details for a relationship can be entered by clicking on the relationship name displayed at the bottom portion of the page Note: Additional contact detail for a relationship can be added by clicking “Add another contact for this company” option. Agent commission field must be filled if an agent has been chosen for a relationship. Commercial details include Product name, UOM, Payment term, shipment term, Currency type, Destination, Credit days, Zone, Agent and Agent commission.
[edit] Editing exisiting relationship
[For Buyer, Supplier, Job Work Buyer, Agent and Production Partner] This feature helps you to edit contact details pertaining to a particular relationship.
Go to Admin-->Relationships Choose the relationship you want to edit by clicking the “Edit” option displayed across each relationship name. Change the details that you have entered already in the window and click “Save” to store the changes.
[edit] Enter/View Company Details:
This feature will help you to enter and store commercial details of your company. You can store multiple contact details for a same company by using “Add another Contact for this Company” option.
Go to Admin-->Company Details. Enter contact details of your company and click “Save” to store the details in the database. By clicking “View contacts of all Companies” option, you can see all the company details stored in the database.
[edit] Edit/View Customer Details:
This feature will help you to enter and store commercial details of your Customers. To enter contact details of the customers, please refer “relationships configuration
Go to Admin-->Customer Details. By clicking “Edit and Delete” options displayed across each customer details, you can edit or completely remove details of a customer from the list. Note: Use “Customize this report” option to configure the way you want to see the customer details.
