Every user has a login name and password. Password is encrypted and stored.

The basic user categories are:

1. CEO - Gets access to all features
2. Information Manager - System Admin of the company
3. Data Entry Operator
4. Chemical Stores
5. Production
6. PPC

Inside the application, users are restricted to content depending on the category they belong to or depending on the permission they have for the category of information.
